Welcome to the 2137 Calgary Highlanders Royal Canadian Army Cadet Corps!  Starting September 2008, we meet on Thursday nights from 6:30PM to 9:30PM at Mewata Armouries, 801 11th Street SW.  This is the castle-like building next to the Science Center.  On this page, you will find information about army cadets in general.  To find out more about our corps, please feel free to take a look at our website.  We provide extensive information on what we do on our Monday training nights, as well as provide information about our extracurricular activities and our weekend training sessions.  If you are interested in joining, please come down on a Monday night and we will be more than happy to take you on a tour of our facilities and answer any questions you may have.  If you choose to join, please ensure you bring the following documentation when you come down: Application for Membership (PDF) & Authorization for the collection of information (PDF). This will expedite the paperwork and ensure that you are integrated into the program as soon as possible.  We will need to take a photocopy of your birth certificate/citizenship card, a photo, your Social Insurance Number, and your Alberta Health Care.  Without these pieces of information, you cannot participate in any of the activities that we offer as you are not covered by insurance.
